Stephanie Nelson

Founder/director: Accreditations

Grew up in Durban, lives in Cape Town, has 25 years’ experience in private FET and HET education. Expertise vary from project management to academic regulatory compliance, quality management systems, assessment and student related support.

She has assisted many private training providers in obtaining QCTO Accreditation, accreditation and registration and has provided them with valuable compliance coaching. Is passionate about quality education and committed to making a difference especially in the area of transformational learning, as an Adult Education Practitioner.

Aston Martin

Compliance Project manager

As a Bachelor of Laws graduate, furthering her studies in Compliance, Aston contributes to the company by handling academic and legal-related administrative tasks. Her keen eye for detail and organisational skills help her in successfully carrying out her role within the company. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and gaming, allowing her to balance analytical thinking with creativity and imagination.

Theresa Soetzenberg

Admin Support

Born and raised in Cape Town. Has over 33 years’ extensive operational experience in the SCM Public Sector environment with a passion for training and development. Theresa assists with the administration of all new projects at NAA, including QCTO Accreditation.

She enjoys travelling and the outdoor life. In her spare time she loves gardening, doing puzzles and cooking.

Nikita Raynardt

Marketing

From Cape Town and runs her own business, Digi-Guru and has extensive experience in Graphics Design and Social Media Management. Nikita assist NAA with marketing, social media (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Website and Google) as well as online invoicing and tracking payments.

Nikita is both creative and logical and always ready to learn something new.

Charlotte Steyn

Part Time Compliance Manager

Charlotte has built a diverse and comprehensive professional portfolio, encompassing roles as manager, consultant, and business owner and has always had a passion for training and education.

Charlotte has experience as a lecturer, has established a training and development department, QMS systems and has implemented policies, in the culinary industry.

Part- time Administrative Assistant

Jamie is an part- time Administrative Assistant at Nelson AA. Born and raised in Cape Town – Currently a 4^th year student at the University of Cape Town.

Adept at administration relating to compliance. Her love for children has led her to pursue a degree in Child Psychology, majoring in Organizational Psychology and Psychology. Her free time involves contemporary dancing.
